David knew from a very young age that he had an intuitive ability to read and understand people.

He was attracted to the study of psychometrics (assessment processes). In 1988 he began working with The McFletcher Corporation located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The principles, Donna and Tomas McIntosh-Fletcher, had developed and authored the WorkStyle Preference process which David quickly embraced and became certified in this discipline.  Donna and Tomas have graciously mentored and supported David throughout the years.

 David is passionate about his work. He has 25 years of experience and credentials helping organizations and individuals understand their opportunities for superior performance and both personal growth and organizational success.
